The 2019 presidential hopeful of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria's primary resistance, Atiku Abubakar, has commended Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, the executive of the five-man board of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, for recusing herself from the council.
