The director of the Tribunal and President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa reported the council's choice amid Monday's sitting.
She said May 22 has been fixed to hear an application looking for a request to control Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) or some other Justice from swearing-in Muhammadu Buhari as president on May 29.
