The Tribunal Chairman, Justice O. Ogundana, on Tuesday, dismissed the request of the solicitor, Mr Blessing Agbomere, in a decision on the application recorded by his advice, Mr Chika Adindu.
NAN reports that Agbomere is testing the triumph of Mr Johnson Oghuma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the authoritative surveys.

The council, in any case, dismissed the request, deciding that there was no arrangement in the Electoral Act as amended for the describing of poll papers after the announcement of race results.
"At the spot of casting a ballot, the surveying officers can enable the operators to check.
"Relating and unique mark appraisal does not have any relationship with blunders or erroneous conclusion; thus, the application needs merit and is therefore rejected," the judge said.
NAN reports June 11 was from that point declared for the beginning of substantive hearing on the request.
